Adobe CS Design Prem 3.0 Win or Mac

Hello All,

Has anyone worked with or have opinion about this Adobe CS Design Suite which can be purchased through TechSoup beginning Fiscal Year Jul1 - Jun30. I am interested because I have a potential volunteer who shoots magic with his camera and is a Mac Photoshop master. I also have been working with a Grad student that has taken Dreamweaver and Javascripting.

This is an exspensive suite for a Lab but I know there is a lot of curiculum on PhotoShop.
We want to explore video as well and will seek partnering with the local cable company, QuickTime?

What are your thoughts on this route?
