Hi all,
To follow-up on Paul's previous email concerning attending the NTEN conference:
VISTAs planning to attend should have your organization reserve a hotel room ASAP
as they quickly fill up--but can also be canceled at the last minute (usually 24-48 hours). In order to save money the VISTA Project encourages VISTAs to room with another VISTA.
1) Reserve a hotel room.
2) Find a roommate
3) One person cancels their reservation
We have set up an editable page of people requiring roommates. Click the "Edit" tab below the title and add yourself to the list:

Then contact other people on the list and figure things out. Once you've found a roommate, please remove yourself from the list.

Hi, I've been informed that the NTEN room block is sold out. I'm in
the process of trying to arrange a block for the Project so that we
can get a group rate. I will let you all know as soon as arrangements
are made.
Also, FYI, the VISTA dinner will likely be at 7PM on April 3rd. We'll
let you know when arrangements are finalized.
